Refund Policy

At Zasone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new and unused condition.
To initiate a return, email info@zasone.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Customized or clearance items are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, email info@zasone.com.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it promptly.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or custom-made goods

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products
